Sean Steimle President Hartzell Air Movement

President

As the president of Hartzell Air Movement, Sean is responsible for guiding the overall long-term vision of the company, including investments in product development and implementation of Lean philosophies that enhance services. He joined Hartzell in 2012.

Prior to joining the company, Sean held a number of roles with Hart & Cooley, including vice president of operations and senior vice president of sales and marketing. As a result of several key initiatives he led, the company’s overall profits increased by nearly 100 percent.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Randi Pearson Treasure/Controller Hartzell Air Movement

With nearly four decades of experience at Hartzell, Randi has held a number of positions in the organization, giving him unique insight into the company’s day-to-day operations. As the Treasure/Controller, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and investment opportunities and makes decisions to strategically enhance the company’s financial performance.

Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Ohio Northern University and is a member of the High Society of CPAs.

Thomas Gustafson Chief Technology Officer Quality Manager Hartzell Air Movement

Thomas Gustafson

Chief Technology Officer / Quality Manager

Tom is responsible for investigating new products, materials and processes and helps coordinate all software implementations for Hartzell Air Movement. He also helps guide the internal and external training and development of resources.

Prior to accepting this position, Tom worked in engineering as the engineering manager and then vice president of engineering at Hartzell Air Movement. Over his nearly three decades of experience, he championed the concept for the one-piece solid fiberglass FA wheel and was the principal author of the company’s most recent patent, which reduced the sound levels on the AL prop.

Tom is a member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Materials (ASM), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State.

Chuck Abramson Western Regional Manager Hartzell Air Movement

Chuck Abramson

Western Regional Sales Manager

As Hartzell Air Movement's western regional manager, Chuck is responsible for company sales in the western United States. He leads regional sales development activities through a network of authorized Hartzell representative organizations.

Before joining Hartzell, he was the national sales manager at Hart & Cooley, where he managed inside and outside sales and customer service teams for seven distinct brands.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

David Long Business Unit Manager Hartzell Air Movement

David Long

Business Unit Manager

In his role as business unit manager, David works closely with the company’s president and regional sales managers to provide a global view of Hartzell Air Movement’s growth opportunities and acts as a liaison among sales, segmentation, and operations. He is directly responsible for directing the Rapid Ship and Core Business segmentation leaders to ensure timely/accurate order processing, quotations, and collaborative sales strategies.

David began his career with Hartzell in January 2012 as a senior software engineer and has spent a significant amount of time working with each business to improve processes and procedures. He was instrumental in upgrading the Intuitive ERP system to better improve organizational efficiency and led the customer line simplification team.

He holds an Associate of Science in programming from Ivy Tech State College, a Bachelor of Science in information technology and systems from Franklin University, and a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University.
